Anyone else experience the monumental displeasure of ridiculously Slow Road?

hurts me to say it but GTFO noobs, i need my fix.

It is def slow during peak times, I think I'm lucky being in Australia as it seems to work fine first thing in the morning and during the eve when I get home from work. Seems to have dropped out now though! typical  ???
