Title: where's my deposit?

hi

i deposited 4 btc into my sr account 9 days ago (2/22 2am). this was the first transaction i've made into this sr account. (i've a couple of sr accounts, and i'm a frequent user. not a newbie.)

the transaction appears in the blockexplorer. in fact, there's a second transaction 6 hours later, from my sr account into another account.

what's going on? please help me locate this money....

First of all, the second transaction you're seeing is the built-in coin tumbler at work.

Secondly, to get this issue fixed, you need to contact support over on SR itself and let them know about the missing deposit.

SR staff is just great for resolving fund problem.

Does it show up in blockchain?

Deposits can take up to a few hours to arrive, I recently had one take 12 hours, how long has it been.

If it has been longer than that and it is showing in the blockchain you will need to contact SR support.
