Title: Problems with SuperTrips, need order info, pls help

I put in an order for 50 green ?'s in early January i believe the 3rd or 4th and I only had 4 days left before auto finalize when I realized he requires FE on orders under $1000 so I FE'd. I Know you shouldn't FE but the order was already in I couldnt cancel after marked in transit. I gave it a month and never got a love letter or package so I asked ST for an update. He asked me for transaction details and buyer stats. I copy and pasted my buyer stats and feedback left by me to show I bought the item but ST wants me to copy my order details from the order tab, but no orders that have been finalized show up in that tab. Is there anyway to get those detail? Is it only like that for people with buyer accounts so ST might not know? any help would be great. thank you.

ST: SuperTrips(88)    Did you finalize the order? Could you send over your transaction details and buyers stats

Me:earthboundfreebird11    Yes I finalized. It wasnt until almost 2 weeks after purchase though because I hadn't realized you required FE on orders under $1000. Im not sure how to get transaction details. I thought those were erased when you finalize. Do you mean send my address again?

ST:SuperTrips(88)    If you go under your orders tab there should be some info such as the order number and the date it was sent.

The post above shows you hold to find your buyer history.

Given you gave FE you are now at the mercy of the vendor and given their track record I wouldn't hold out too much hope I'm afraid to say.

Never FE, as soon as you do you have zero protection and help from SR.

thanks for the replies guys. Like I said I didn't realize ST had the FE policy for orders under $1000 until after I ordered. I learned a lesson though. Always read vendor policy completely and never ever FE.
