Title: Resolution centre
Post by: Meatgrinder on February 24, 2013, 10:40 am
Hi,

Just curious how long it takes on average for an SR support member to get back to items that are in the resolution centre? Been 3 days since I opened a item in resolution and no reply.

Just received an inbox message from system saying "One of your resolutions will be expiring soon. Please make any last efforts to reach an agreement, and be sure to submit any resolutions or statements you would like Silk Road administrators to consider."

What happens if no agreement or admin step in to view my case, will the vendor automatically get my money?

The vendor is Winta, hasn't been reading my messages (not sure if he's been online - in stealth mode)

Thanks

I have sent admin a message, 2 1/2 days ago.. just curious as to how long roughly it takes for a reply is all.

I have 2 orders with him, and I've got this feeling i'll be going into resolution on the 2nd order too (which is honestly the only order I actually care about)

Haven't FE'd - wouldn't do so for a domestic order.

Go into resolution now and request a 100% refund by clearly stating your circumstances and explaining what efforts you have gone to trying to achieve a resolution. The vendor does not need to accept this, SR support will make a decision based upon the facts. You may want to include links to any threads detailing others experiencing the same issues to add weight to your claim.

Already in resolution, just about to request 100% refund and note some forum threads.

Got a few days til the other order will hit resolve (which i doubt is coming either)

Drgreen; ordered 2 points of meth.
