Title: HELP needed! Can't log in to my main account

I can't log in to my sr account for the past4 days, I've tried creating a new account and it works fine but for a strange reason when I try to log in to my main one it keeps saying log in failed, I tried everything from reinstalling Tor to customers support.
It's really important that I get back on it as I have orders pending

If you have forgotten your pass phrase you will need to contact SR support and wait patiently for them to get back to you.
