Title: Ordered the 7th vendor shipped but

I have messages the guy a good 4 times and all he had to say in response was 0 in the subject line.
It is now the 21 so 2 weeks and apparently now he is going on vacation until like the end of march according to his profile. Well I messages him before going to resolutions but he hasn't replied so I asked for 100% refund.
What should I do? It's like 6.5 btc and I don't know what I did wrong/what to do?

Send resolution a succinct non emotive statement of the situation and what you have done to resolve and what response (or lack of it) you have had from the vendor and ask for 100% refund.

I have summited a resolution for cozecaro for 100% refund
And his account says he will be on vacation so I sent him this email.

I understand you are on vacation and I'm sorry but,
I have tried to reach you by silkroad messaging about many different things even before I ordered and I have gotten basically no response besides a 0 in the subject line.

My name is --- and I ordered 2 weeks < ago and have been patiently waiting for my package. I have 3 days until the money I have paid is sent and I was wondering if you could give me an update on where it is at?

If not I am asking for a 100% refund because I do not currently have a job and I have tried to be a good customer and keep in contact with you the whole time and I'm not trying to lower your reputation as many people claim you are a trustworthy seller. I don't really want my $120 to be gone for nothing? I'm sure you understand where I am coming from...

Any help will be appreciated

Resolution will make a decision based upon a number of factors but you have done as much as you can to arrive at an amicable solution with the vendor so it will be up to resolution to make a judgement call on things.
