Title: Can't log in to silkroad

I can't log in to my silkroad account for 3 days now, tried creating anther account and still not able to log in, also redownloade the latest Tor and still nothing works.
Help please as I have awaiting important messages up reply.

Ok stupid question but are you definitely using the correct address?

i.e http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

Yes it's definitely the right address, I'm able to create a new account and log in with that but I can't log in with my main account which I have orders pending and I need to reply to them ASAP.

When Tor access is slow, sluggish and poor, sometimes it helped for me to "change identity" or say "be from .xxxcountry" so a new route is set up

Well if you are 100% sure you are trying to log in with the correct details and it's not working then you will need to contact SR support and have your pass phrase reset which at the current time may take a while to get sorted.

I do not understand why your log in details would just stop working, nearly every single time this issue comes up it is due to incorrect details being used.

By the sounds of things SR support is your only option.
