Hi!
Have made an order from Sonicdrone almost week ago, and still no updates, it's in "processing", Sonicdrone is ignoring all messages, what should I do? Is it possible to cancel it and order from normal vendor?

Yeah you should be able to cancel if its been that long, going into the order section and hover the mouse pointer over where it say's processing and you should be able to select cancel.

Nope you get an instant refund under those circumstances mate, shame the vendor lost your business but if they take too long to process then you have the right to take your coins elsewhere.

This happens sometimes, but the best vendors always respond within 24 hours - as they should. The cancel feature is usually available after a short time such as this, for future reference.
Glad that you were able to get out of it and order from another vendor! Good luck with the next one. :)
