ive got an order thats takin a while so i clicked resolve. i was just wondering if you extend due date does the vendor have to accept?

If you haven't received the order, then the options are either to ask for a reship/refund or to ask for an extension on the finalization. I'm guessing that if the vendor is legitimate, they'd much rather extend the finalization instead of reshipping or refunding.

If you are just asking for an extension I couldn't imagine a vendor not accepting it to be honest and if they didn't SR support may grant it anyway if your request is a reasonable one.
