I have put in an order with FASTSHIP, paid my money for my order, and now he wont even answer me via email......can i just get my order or atleast a refund so I can order from someone ELSE who is reliable????

How long ago did you place your order?
And I am assuming its status still reads as 'processing'?
What does the vendor have stated on their vendor page regarding processing and shipping times?
If it stays like that for 5 or 6 days I think (I can't recall the precise number) then you can cancel it and get an immediate full refund. Before then though you are unable to do anything unless the vendor cancels the order for you, the delay is to stop buyers from cancelling their orders after the vendor has already shipped them, as a genera rule your order should be processed and shipped within 4 working days.
