hey all
iv made 10 purchases on SR without a problem...i decided to go with another vendor as my old ones were not in stock.
i made the order Monday it was sent out Tuesday and should have been here Wensday, it is now thursday the postal service has been and i have not heard from the vendor or received my package.
last night i noticed the vendor went into stealth mode and has not replyed since Monday....the order was around $250 ....im not concerned about the cash, i just want to simply know what is going on but the vendor will not reply....
what should i do? atm im hoping they reply with a tracking number a a good excuse....

Name the vendor and read my response I posted just now re someone else who is experiencing vendor problems.

okay the vendor is Winta .
i still have not had a reply......hoping i get 1 by tonight.
the vendor states they will reply withing a few hours, its been a few days......

also Winta marked my order as in transit on monday and said it was going out tuesday.....i beleive in transit should only be activated once the item is shipped? atm i dont know whats goping on!
what is the best way to deal with this? it would drive me crazy to have to sit around waiting on a message from the vendor knowing that might not even happen.

Hmm well I hate to tell you this but you are not alone, have a read of the aussie thread, might already be a couple of pages back but I responded to someone else there not 30 mins ago experiencing issues with winta.

well winta is on my shit list then... do we have a vendor shit list or some way to see who's been getting complaints?
Personally I'm gambling on halfbaked right now, seems pretty good, very professional, and very responsive. Looking forward to writing up some happy gibberish this weekend if all goes well.

Well I'd be careful with HB too mate, it wasn't that long ago he gave a lot of people the run around and his rating plummeted, but I am sure he is working hard now to rebuild his rep, I used him a couple of times when I first stumbled onto SR, he was polite and easy to deal with.
What are you ordering from him if you don't mind me asking? pm me if you like.

this vendor im dealing with is not a trusted seller iv talked to a few users on here and they have had the same problems with him.

thats what the forums are for mate, this place is your bible when it comes to selecting vendors because things can change fast in SR land.

As of this moment in time we have 3 domestic vendors off the reservation, I'm not surprised re winta but now ETM appears to have turned rogue pulling a large FE scam.
Exercise extreme caution when considering ordering right now is my best advice and do not FE for anyone.

I don't want to tar the 3rd vendor with this brush by naming them just yet, they have pulled all listings anyway so no risk of a scam being pulled there.
Will update more as I get my head around WTF is going on.

I made my first purchase, wasn't cheap, from one of the reputable sellers mentioned above - hasn't logged in for 3 days but marked my order as 'in transit'. We discussed it previously that they could have it out Thu so I get it Fri but nothing for my weekend :( Hoping it turns up tomorrow and was just a delay for another event I have in a couple of days. Really hope this isn't a sign of things to come on SR especially being scammed on my first purchase (which I hope I haven't). Have not finalized anything, told the seller I'd do that the day I receive it.

It was Neon Lights. He has great feedback and replied to my messages prior to buying - he agreed he would have my item out express last thursday in time for friday delivery and still to this day nothing.
Following friday he has removed his listings, hasn't checked or replied to messages however had logged in today. Not sure whats going on but definitely not very professional and a very bad experience for a first time buyer.
I was forced to buy from another local vendor who also seemed very professional and was replying to me within 5-10mins of my messages, paid them at 2pm and they replied within 5 min telling me they'd have my item to me
by tomorrow so if all goes well I'll be extremely happy with them, definite 5/5 - this seller is OzCure who has been extremely helpful.

Neon Lights I hate to say it appears to have cleaned house and gone.
They were (to use the past tense now as I doubt they will be back) one of the best domestic AU vendors on SR and will be sorely missed.
I have no idea what has happened but they deleted their forum account a short while ago, a sure sign of someone putting some distance between themselves and SR.
I appreciate you had a bad experience however this vendor pulled their listings before going AWOL, they did not run a scam so even after whatever had resulted in them needing to take this drastic course of action they have still done right by the majority of their customers.
You can be sure of a 100% refund on your order, it just might take a week or so to process.
I'm sure neon would have preferred for things not to have worked out like this too, they put a lot of effort into building their rep.

He should've at least processed the refunds, sent the products and given an explanation as to why the orders need to be canceled etc - this makes it harder for new and up coming vendors to build trust among the community here :\
Well lets hope my second purchase was a good one, will find out about lunch time if they've made it in time.

seems a few vendors have done the runner....but not all have pulled a scam like ETM so be thankful u didnt FE to ETM becuase then u would off been ripped for sure......so neon lights has gone! i was going to make a order off him a order through jhim 2 weeks ago...lucky i didnt.... also the vendor i tried out Winta seems to have dissappeared with my order in transit and there1s only 2 days left untill i can got into resolution it very much looks like Winta has stopped shop online, but being a little kid as he is im guessing he is making a buck on the corner in the city

Is there some kind of bust thats going to happen soon that a lot of vendors on SR were informed about? Whats with all the runners?
It just means SR is back to how i remember it when i first got on here, in that i can only really buy from OS vendors and that is kinda shitty.

ok i hate to even be typing this but after the disappearance off a few aussie vendors with little to no explanation does concern me that law enforcement could have something todo with this but think about it if they had such impact for any reason someone would off came forward by now and warned us all that is for sure.....now ETM made it to the news people are rite its going to be harder to get packages through for a while i presume as officals have very well been tipped off about ETM..............................TO WHO EVA WENT THAT FAR YOU FUCKING IDIOT, OUR RIDE ON SR IS NOT AS SAFE ATM...........i can see different methods will be comming into action shortly for the vendors to keep in front off the goverment......thanks ETM ya bullshit artist

This upsets me a lot :( I received an order from Neon Lights just last week, he and I were messaging back and forth and as previously mentioned, nothing seemed to be awry. He even said that he looked forward to doing business with me in future. NL seemed to be a really cool guy, I just hope that if the reason he's left is related to LE, that he got out in time. He did mention that he never thought he'd become as popular/in demand as what he was, but he enjoyed it.
Oh well, I'm glad I got all of my orders from NL/ETM before they took off... I'll make sure I have a point for NL at Future Music this weekend.
Hell, I'll have a point for everybody! Just kidding, I don't want to die :)

Neon was a great vendor and same as you I just hope whatever precipitated his quick exit he has manged to do it cleanly.

drgreen: I got my refund after SR staff made the decision seeing as Winta wasn't commenting on the resolution case (or if he's been online, no idea) refund % wasn't added to my account either, woo :)
Now to resolve my other order from Winta...
Anyway, back to business as usual :)

hmm I'm also waiting on some packages from a couple of vendors who sent it 'next day' on Sunday.Its none of the vendors mentioned so far... but its odd these 2 also havn't logged in since Monday. I'll post up the vendors tomorrow if they don't come online today. Or maybe my next day packages will arrive after 3-4 days.....

Whats with Boyd Crowder? Thought i would try some of his hash..placed order monday morning and paid for express post and it's thrusday and he still hasnt sent it.
Is there a way i can cancel this order?

this is confusing the number off vendors in oz doing the runner is sky high....has anyone been able to link any off the vendors together? im thinking theres a good chance the vendors that fucked up have multiple accounts?
i dont have a fucking clue as they all seemed to be there own person but people can put on GREAT ACTS......who knows....mods/admins what do use think?

I was thinking the other day that all these vendors who have exited around the same time..could be ETM other accounts. I mean i wouldn't put it past ETM to make a few other accounts just to jack up the price of their warez.
It just seems too much of a coincidence that all these trusted vendors have done the runner at around the same time that ETM has.

I've never been game to buy bud off SR, I'm too picky with inspecting etc so I work with friends.
Whenever I get an order I send it within 5 hours. Problem with aus is they look closely at express parcels etc, so I pick and choose my sending options (always free, mostly speedy). I think aus is becoming anti-drug to the max and they're starting to give it the attention they advertise.
I'm in vacation mode (no listings..) because I'm upgrading stealth. All mine are getting there though mate, I've had over 70 100% transactions this month, my only issue has been my international recvieving :-( I've lost about 3 grand I estimate.

as soon as I'm back on with my organic bud, I'll be available to send weed, shrooms, joints and a few other things to aus within aus :)
but all this chatter about auspost security is telling me to spend more money on stealth, so I'm not selling shit till I'm confident it can't be told apart from another harmless parcel.

hmm pretty sure something sus going on with the 2 vendors I'm waiting for (should of arrived tues). They both have no feedback for the last 3 days... prior to that people were leaving feedback almost everyday for months. Obviously no one is going to finalize just to say nothing has arrived... They also have been online just once in 4 days.. I'll name them tomorrow if I don't hear anything, which I'm not expecting to :(

Was one of them Neon Lights? There have been another couple of topics to cover it, but it appears that he has packed up and left The Silk Road. His forum account has been deactivated and his seller account hasn't been active either.

nah one of the vendors was Drugformulas. They had been excellant in the past for a heap of orders... but now my next day delivery is 4 days late and vendor is no where to be seen.. Will happily delete this if anything positive happens...

I hope you have asked for 100% refund?
If the vendor does not respond resolution just grant the last refund request made.
only SR support can help you with this by the way as I explained in my PM earlier.
