Hello,
as I'm pretty new here and understand that nobody would trust a "newcomer" I had to finalize early to order something.
My problem is that the Seller closed his store (or pretty much was closed after he couldn't deliver to many customers) and I'm still waiting for my refund.
The User is WEEDnWAX and was last seen online like a week ago.
These are the transactions which I'm still waiting for:
purchase transaction #f6082562f9 ฿-7.74 ฿0.01 January 22, 2013, 9:51 am UTC
purchase transaction #3d3a6b5376 ฿-1.32 ฿7.75 January 22, 2013, 9:51 am UTC
I GUESS the seller was deleted by SR for having too many reports, so is there a possibility to get my BC back somehow?
He also wrote that he would refund them, but he wasn't online since a week:
>>
I'm back!
sorry for the bad service in the last days, I was overwhelmed with all the orders.
everything was better prepared now and I will offer you now again the best products and the best service.
Please call me your transaction number and I'll send you as soon as possible a full refund
Regards WNW

Please help me out, I really liked the oppurtunity of this website but when you get scammed from the start there is no reason to use it.
best regards

Hello,

There are many sellers on the SR who do not require a FE - Never FE. If you lurk around here a bit you can read more than enough stories who all end with "never FE".

No, if the transaction is confirmed the bitcoins are gone - if he was scamming there are none left on his SR-wallet but on some online wallet.

Take it as a lesson that you should first read the forums before ordering from a vendor - and never FE.
Heads up, man. There are more important things than a few bitcoins ;)

Namarrg0n is correct on all points I am afraid, once you finalize SR support cannot help you retrieve those coins even if the vendor is proven to be a scammer and has their vendor account banned, once you have released the coins they are with the recipient and the only way of getting them back would be from the vendor.
I am sorry your first experience wasn't a good one, it happens to most of us when we are first finding our feet on here, that is why it is so important no to FE and stay within the escrow system.
There are vendors out there who will let you stay in escrow, try sending them a polite introductory message so they can see you are a level headed person who will be easy to deal with, I always suss out new vendors with a pm or two before buying from them for the first time as their response can tell you a lot about how they operate and how long it might take for them to respond, e.g. if I am waiting a week to get a 3 word response I probably wouldn't order based upon that factor alone as that says to me they are either too busy or too lazy to provide a good level of customer service, especially if you run into difficulties with your order.
And before any vendors flame me for making that statement I do fully appreciate that vendors get hundreds of stupid PM's every day asking retarded questions that could be answered by just taking the time to read the vendors page and responding to each one is very time consuming, those types of question should be responded to with a "read my FAQ".
