apparently when I was ordering from a vendor a rollback happened and my order was "lost" or "malfunctioned" and SR has yet to refund my money. Anyone have any experience with this and how long it takes to get my money back as I was never received a package. the vendor said that my money should be automatically put back into my account because they never sent a product

Providing you were making the order with coins that you legitimately had in your account and not those that were credited in error then SR support will resolve the issue for you, it just might take them longer than usual to get back to you as you are far from alone in having experienced issues since the roll back.
Can you please post back in this thread with an update when it is resolved.
