Hello, I have been using the same SR username/password an everything since I started the account back in October or so, and all of the sudden today when I try to log in it won't let me. This is a serious problem, as I just hhad 2 BTC transfers there (well I know 12 was transfered becasuse I received the messagfe and teh funds to prove I have, but the one I am waiting on is MUCH MUCH larger, and I also have 1\two 500$ ones waiting to be transfered as soon as this gets sorted outl
If there is anything you can do I wi\ill be forever in your debt
.please message me formy user name om SR and anything else I can do to help.
Once gain, it would mean a LOT to me, I finally got enough to place some large orders and then this is the kind of luck I get =)

Firstly are you accessing the SR main site via the same link as you always do?

Yes I have been using the same link, it even allowed me to make a new account:
OK, so I was able to log into my account earlier today (account "arkansasattack" ) and just recently had some BTC deposited to it. But now it won't let me log into the account when I try from the log in screen anymore. I haven't changed my password or anything, and i was told to leave a message here and an admin would get back to me. I have other BTC being deposited to that account also, so I look forward to hearing back from a system admin and getting this problem solved.
I will check back with this thread and my messages so that I can provide any additional information that you need to help resolve this situation.

Ok thank you for the update.
There is no reason your SR password should just stop working, you will need to contact SR support and probably have your password reset if this issue persists and there will be a holding off period of 3 days for that to happen.
Stating the obvious I know but I would not advise depositing anymore BTC to that account until this issue is resolved.

I just wanted to say thanks for all of the tips and advice. I finally got it working. I had purchased a new keybaord that didn't fit my big claws very well so I think I must have just been puting in the wrong catchphrase.
