Title: Avatar minimum requirements

I know, I know - not as important as when those BTC transfers are going to go through.  But, I want a pretty picture, like Ballzinator!  Seriously, everything I upload gets thrown out, even avatars which, by their very definition (size, file type) are avatars.  What standard has to be met before the forum will accept an avatar upload?

Thanks, samsame... I would call you Keeper of Knowledge, but the acronym isn't very flattering.  I got it worked out (quite clearly, I imagine)...
