Is there some way to get this corrected? The 17 day auto finalization limit seems kinda short given how customs can hold onto a package for weeks. Most anything i send to my friends across the border takes a good few weeks to get there.

If you click resolve you get the option to extend the time, this keeps you in escrow and doesn't affect your stats :)

Why didn't you ask for an extension in resolution? just clicking resolve automatically adds 5 days. I usually do this if I get to day 16 and my order hasn't arrived yet so as to avoid the risk of SR downtime etc and having something auto-finalize.

This is why I have 3 accounts that I order from on a rolling basis -- if a mistake or a hitch occurs with one user acct I still have kickass stats on my others.
