this is second time this happens and from what i see and hear it`s happening often :'(
from the guy im buying coins from here in Norway says there are too much often this happens that he gets questions about where the coins have ended up . ?
and now its over one and a half day since i wrote to support about this , it`s only 35.5 coins but it`s enough for me to miss - seeing an other dude missing way way more must really fuck him up
hope support get this programming stuff more secure and reliable for our coins getting from A to B

What do you mean they are missing? You bought coins from a vendor and they haven't shown up in your account? Or did you buy them from an exchange? If you bought them from an individual vendor and they haven't shown up, there's a possibility that you were scammed.
How did you purchase them in the first place?

hi.
purchased them from same dude like ivè done all the time , i know that he have sendt them cause i have the blockchain info and this have happend one time before but support fixed it - this is the second time but has takend way longer to get them into my account - they still are lost somehow ..
support has contacted me so im just waiting for response now ;)

If they were showing in the blockchain and you have sent them to the correct address then SR support will be able to resolve the issue for you.

yeah scout had a look at it and said it looked good but then again he liked to tell everyone that haha :D
the sound of it ease the pain a little yes but the fact is that they are not on my account yet and last year in nov this happen also - but then it was fixed in a flash
going on the third or fourth day now .. they where suppose to be on the account around 9 or something on thursday

im missing 35.5 - not much compare to the 10.499 dude -- he must be going nuts now if it ain`t solved yet ..

Without wanting to sound harsh did it cross your mind that SR support might be a bit busier than normal given the events of the past few days with accounts being over credited and the roll back now causing yet more issues? You will need to be a bit more patient mate, SR support is slammed just now.
Hope you get hings resolved quickly, I can appreciate how frustrating it must be.

i have not been terrorising them though -6 mails in 3 days from me and one response from them - im doing my best not to bitch about it .
i know they will fix it sooner or later , just the waiting part that sucks and seeing it happen so much shit to others at the same time anyway 10X for listening to me bitching :P

Hope you get things fixed up soon mate, SR support will resolve the issue for you, you just need to be patient.
