Title: Account history. ...only goes back 1 month.

Hello there,

It would appear that my Account History only lists the deposits and purchases for the past month....all previous transactions are not displayed.

What do I need to do to show all transactions?

Account history gets deleted after 1-1.5 months. I don't think you can change that.

In which case how do I access previous order details to send to a vendor in the case of a non delivery that's older than one month?

I think you can ask sr support if you have the date and other specifics.  I haven't done it personally but I would be interested to know if this was the case.

If you want details of your account history going back further than is showing you will need to contact SR support.
