A vendor (cimicon) appears to be a scammer according to the waves of reviews on his page saying they never received their stuff and being asked to FE. I placed my order a week ago, I contacted the seller several times and have not received any messages in return or my product. What should I do? I did not FE so the transaction still shows up on my account. Should I open a support ticket?

If your order status is 'processing', then you can cancel..
if 'in transit', just wait. When 1-2 days 'before autofinalize' remain, click 'resolve'.
Don't accuse anyone on being a scammer just because you suppose so.

I'm in the exact same boat as you--I've got ~$1400 locked up in escrow and was curious if you had figured anything out for things. I tried reaching out to support but have yet to hear anything and my post hasn't received much attention. Twould love to figure a way to get my Money back on hand as well as hopefully avoid any detrimental effects to my Stats.
