Hey guys, i've already posted to this topic:

I've only made one order on SR yet, this went positive ($200). My second order (mentioned in the topic above) has not arrived yet (domestic!). The order is a >$1000 order and i'm a bit worried that the resolution team thinks i'm trying to scam the vendor. :(
Does anybody had the same situation as a newbie? How did your situation ended?

Your buyer stats do go a long way to establishing your credibility.

It can also happen with good stats.
custom and too much faith in vendor.

I might think you were trying to scam me, but to be honest, I don't think I would have shipped a new member that large of an order. 50/50 is usually agreeable, if the seller has good reviews they will probably try to make your order right in some way, but I feel the loss should be split on something that large... I will usually reship small orders if needed, but that is a big hit if 1k worth of product doesn't make it's destination.
In my mind, you as the buyer need to accept some responsibility for the order as well, but you shouldn't be responsible for all of it if it comes up missing. Most sellers will have tracking on something that large, ask for the tracking number and do not look it up on tor or it will be flagged. Good luck
