I got scammed by FE two months ago, this was a known scammer who scammed many others, was even caught giving out the same tracking number to multiples; and no longer has an account - chyna white.
At the time I didn't realise there were any refunds given to those who FE'd. But now I hear there can be.
Is there still any chance of getting anything at all back, (perhaps half or the amount in dollars due to changing market), and how would I got about it, or did I leave it too late and now I'm shit out of luck? :P
Friendly question, big respect to the silk road staff either way.

As far as I know you can't get any money back for FE. Again you should NEVER FE! it makes no sense as a buyer!

Lol saw the title and freaked out I was being framed, but nope, there is absolutely no way to get your coinage back :(

If you go out of escrow SR cannot help you and you will not get any refunds, if you FE you assume all the risk.
