Title: Gift Codes

I have sent a gift code to a vendor  and the vendor can not redeem the code or does not know how.

The gift code was made out in the vendors name,  how is the gift code redeemed or can i cash it in so I can send the
vendor the bitcoins that they are owed.

as far as I know/have experienced, you can only use the gift code when you checkout buying something
