Title: PIN Reset
Post by: martinlyons on February 04, 2013, 11:17 pm
Hey Silkers... Ive got to change my PIN; after an initial cock-up of having to many PIN's, and entering the wrong PIN 6 times.
Now, after careful consideration and copious research, my understanding is that I had to wait for three days, and Silk would then permit me to reset my PIN and id be ready to actually place an order at last, but low-and-behold, nothing happened after the permitted number of days.
Too my horror and astonishment, after reading the forums, i see the support 'team' haven't been in the metaphorical office with 28 DAYS. Shocked, I glanced again at what I had just viewed, no I wasn't hallucinating, (how would I be, with the level of below quality I'm smoking!, there hadn't been any activity with 28 days.
Can anyone direct or inform me of what I could do- please and thank you Silkers. A very frustrated future buyer.

did you enter the 'wrong' pin until it cancelled out, and then sent you an automatic email.. cuz the 3 days don't start until then!!

Well how about you read the official thread?
You'll have to wait 3 days till you answer - the SR-support will have your mail in their inbox.
If you get impatient thats not helping you. I don't know if you second message just "overwrites" your first one regarding "freshness" and you'll have to wait another 3 days.
If not I can cool you down, the 28 days are not of interest
