Title: Product never arrived/shipped

I wanted to check and see if simply using the contact us option was enough to get a refund for an item that was never shipped. The seller has only returned a single message over a month ago and nothing since. Should I do anything specifically to get a refund?

it might be too late, i'm not sure at what stage your transaction is.. but you can either take it to resolutions on SR, or corner a moderator on the forums and they'll help to a greater extent than i!!

Hi, everybody! I here the person new, tell, how many approximately time passes between registration of the order and its sending (for example for the substances expanding consciousness)?  8)

I think he's asking how long does it usually take between placing an order, and it being sent.
Answer: Should be no longer than four days.

For some reason it really puts a smile on my face reading posts from non-English speakers trying to get a point across.

I suspected as much and yes it makes me smile too  :)

4 days tops between ordering and the item being shipped is about right but a lot can depend on the vendor.
