Title: who's a customer?

Is it vendors before they get their $500 refunded (and can start to scam away)?

or buyers who basically pay all the fees?

maybe the question should be: who's not a customer?


Another question would be: since SR doesn't like/allow FE (or at least claims to), why is it allowed/tolerated?

So many unanswered questions... this forum will not answer.

I'm not going to get into the customer question but regarding FE that is up to the buyer. I occasionally FE with one very trusted vendor without which I would not be able to buy from them, I know the risk and I take full responsibility for my choices, something many other people could stand to try doing on here.
