Title: Warning to all Australian silk road users
Post by: publicwarning1 on November 08, 2012, 12:37 am
Even buying local Aust to Aust is now dangerous especially if you live in a small town. Please take care people.

It seems that the small town of Esperence all the way over in WA is enough for people to speculate on silk road usage.

I think we are winning.

read the fucking article, the teens were dobbed in by their mum who was realized that it wasn't normal for 14 year olds to be throwing away USPS express flat rate envelopes 7 times a week. Jesus.

It is astonishing how much people were using Silk Road in such a small population remote town.

The other article you refer too is what caused this operation to begin with in the first place. An operation like this can be launched quite easily in any small remote town but would be much harder in cities with mass amounts of postal traffic.

exactly, kids got dobbed in by their mom she contacted the cops, cops launched "Operation Cinder" with auspost (who were also suspicious) and started to pickup on SR packages by inspecting the tiny amount each day, so they easily recognized the obvious ones. They plucked out and confiscated 30 packages some quite weighty by the look of it.

To replicate this nationwide would need a massive allocation of money and people. Might happen, one day, but not yet.

Watchout guys Sgt Harris says "you will be caught by the long arm of the Esperance Police". Jeezus, i hope they dont intercept my 0.5g of synthetic cannabis or i might get Life Imprisonment or a $825,000 fine

Not that astonishing.

1. Esperance is pretty remote. There are few other viable options for obtaining drugs.

2. It is home to a teen rehab centre that teens get sent to in order to get them out of the city and away from the temptation of drugs. Thats where Benny Cousins was headed when he was caught with a butt full of meth. What's the bet a lot of the packages were destined for there?

not just teens.
In March this year Ben Cousins (footballer not forum user) was arrested trying to smuggle in meth to "the biggest and most effective clinic of its kind" up his butt.

I was heading down to the espy to make me some paper when I saw a mate of mine in the WA Police who approached me, said hello and then for no reason whatsoever decided to search me clacker and found my ounce. Crooked cunts only declared I had a ball though so I wonder what happened to the rest  ???

Funny how this is like the first article ived read where they actually mention that prices are about a quarter of Australian Street Prices. Thats what the Esperance coppers would be more upset about is there monopoly being cut into, especially in a small remote town like that

lol,  what a bunch of fools, great publicity for Silk Road, they could have at least given out the URL as well seeing as though they explained how to access it.  Every fucking little teen in  Esperence will be checking it out now.. way to go Esperence Police and The Esperance Express  ;D Oh yeah and to all you motorists of Esperance, make sure you check your tyre pressure or the police might be onto you as well ..

Oh really? They can recognize the which packages are drugs? Maybe thats why SR was worth 22 million dollars last year, because everyone is getting caught? HA! Just more SR publicity, why don't they just include a link to download the TOR browser and the silk road URL?

Ah, the media and police are somewhat deluded in this town me thinks. Bigger picture folks, bigger picture. Stay safe people!

I would also like to mention for every parcel the detectives came across immediate search warrants were issued. Apparently a parcel delivered to your address with your name or not is enough to get your house searched and all forms of privacy stripped away.

It is safer having parcels intercepted at customs borderline rather then at your local post office.

Sergeant Stephen Harris is sadist who loves having power. I bet he rapes babies and punches old ladies in the face for fun. What a fucking douche.
