If you sent SR support a customer support ticket a few days ago you would have had a response by now, normal wait time is around 12 hours sometimes 24 but there are no delays on responses at the moment so I do not know what happened in your instance, you should contact them again. I would strongly advice against depositing any coins into your account until you have full control and have changed the pass phrase and PIN to something unique. You should also do a scan of your machine and check it for malware, rootkits, key loggers etc. Also you should know that forum moderators cannot assist you with issues relating to your market site account, only SR admins can.
