When I've made this post I'm moving this thread to customer support so it can make friends with the other half dozen or so on the same issue. Firstly please do not create a new btc address when you have coins inbound to your account, why people feel the need to do this I will never know, all btc addresses used in conjunction with your account are linked but it can throw a spanner in the works. Confirmations are shown against the btc address used for the transfer when you do a search on the blockchain, normally a transfer will need at least 6 confirmations before the coins reach their destination, when things get screwy with the SR coin tumbler or whatever has caused this recent issue you may see a very high number of confirmations but still no coins. Your coins will show up, your just going to have to be patient for a bit whilst things get sorted out, frustrating I know but there is nothing more you can do apart from follow up with SR support if your coins are still delayed.
