Assuming you haven't finalized the order you can try your luck in the resolution center and try and appeal to the vendor to see if they are open to negotiating a resolution with you. If not it will come down to your word against the vendor and they will have a tracking number that states delivered which is normally an end to the matter as far as the resolution admin staff are concerned unless others have had similar issues and/or you have incredible stats. Possible scenarios the admins will consider include the following: * You got the order and are trying to scam the vendor * The vendor sent an empty envelope to scam you * The envelope came open during transit and the contents fell out * A light fingered postie liberated your order Given there is no way of proving what did actually happen you really are going to be at the mercy of the vendor I'm afraid, I hope it wasn't too big an order :-/
