I am unsure why you felt the need to post with such vitriol in my direction Jason however irrespective of that I will try to respond to your questions to the best of my ability. When I read the original posts regarding this vendor on June 16th and 17th I did take a look at their vendor page and I did send a report to the SR admins on the market site asking them to do an audit as I do with all vendors who are brought to my attention via the forums who would seem to be in need of closer scrutiny. [/quote] If these responses did not meet your expectations then you are entitled to your opinion but as I have already stated I reported the vendor as is standard procedure in such circumstances. If you think I should have done more then well as I said you are entitled to your opinion, my responses were IMHO appropriate and proportionate to the situation. Having just taken another look at WorldWHITE's vendor page now yes I agree it looks like that vendor needs banning urgently, something that is the responsibility of the market site admins. You seem particularly attached to this issue, I hope my responses have in some way answered any questions you may have on the matter. This has now been reported twice, if you have an issue with how SR is responding to this vendor I would invite you to submit a customer support ticket via the market site and raise your concerns with those who deal with such matters. ssbd
