Hi tcbagby My understanding of this situation is that the vendor in question NCK is trying to work with you to resolve the issue however you have responded thus far by making threats to damage this vendors business if they do not meet your demands. The only way to resolve this matter is via the resolution center on the market site. If needed the admins there have full access to all communications between you and the vendor and so it would be quite a simple task for them to determine the facts of the matter in this case so why not just try to approach this issue in a reasonable non emotive manner and work with the vendor to resolve this in the first instance. Also correct me if I am wrong but didn't you recently loose control of your account i.e. were phished? If that is the case then I would expect you have a customer support ticket sent in requesting a pass phrase reset so when the admins there get to your ticket they can also pull up all your account information and look into the issue syou are claiming took place. Posting further in the forums on this issue whilst you are still seeking a resolution does not add weight to your claim and it is just generally unhelpful. If you go through all the correct procedures and are still are unhappy with the outcome then the forums are here for you to speak your mind as is your right. ssbd
