Re the admin question I cannot give you an answer because I do not know, you will just have to submit a customer support ticket and ask for an explanation re your circumstances. As for the funds, from my understanding anyone who FE'd after you were banned will be refunded (because you would not have been able to process those orders) and any outstanding orders will be cancelled so the funds will for the most part be returned to the buyers who never received what they ordered. Everyone else will have to take their case into the resolution center and have an admin review it on a case by case basis. What is left after that is up to DPR's discretion, usually when a vendor is banned though it is confiscated.
