To start with you should do right by the vendor who is waiting for their coins for the order you have received, your stuff up is not their problem. You will need to sort out the other issue re the order you finalized by mistake with the vendor, I know you have said they are being unresponsive which is unfortunate but in future you should take greater care over coordinating your orders and avoid problems like this from happening. Sorry if that sounds a bit blunt, just telling you as it is. I hope the other vendor gets back to you and sorts things out.
