That would be incredibly bad luck for that to have happened, if you were in the process of requesting an extension to the finalize date to allow for a delay in your order being shipped/arriving there is no reason for the option you were apparently half way though selecting to suddenly change from extension to refund then end up with a request for 0%. The market site has been known to glitch though, some members have found themselves inexplicably unable to log into their accounts after a down for maintenance period. In all honesty I have no idea what may have happened in your circumstance and the best I can advise you to do is to contact SR support and tell them what appears to have happened and see what they have to say. Never come across this issue affecting anyone before so can you please post an update when you get a response from support.
