Mate that was hard to read, use paragraphs in future, I'm not being sarcastic either. Best thing you can do it take your escrowed order to resolution and try and work things out with the vendor. If you have had good experiences previously then these recent orders were not as described see what the vendor has to say and hopefully they will come to a resolution with you. It sounds as if they messed you about a bit with the ordering process not shipping when they said they had etc, sounds a bit flakey to be honest, maybe find a new vendor for future purchases.
