Given the length of time that has elapsed I am assuming you finalized this order long ago. The best you can do it speak to the vendor and try and work something out as you are not in escrow so SR support will not be able to assist I'm afraid. If the vendor doesn't respond as would appear to be the case you can try and get their attention by posting in the forums to see if that motivates them, you may find others post with similar experiences making your voice a bit louder. Keep it civil though, leave the emotion out of it and just petition the vendor to respond to your attempts at making contact, hopefully that will have some effect. Good luck!
