When you finalize you release payment to the vendor and SR support is no longer able to grant you a refund should your order not arrive. All you can do now is try and get the vendor to work out a resolution, if that doesn't happen you can change your feedback and post in the forums to warn others re your experience. Never finalize an order until you are happy with the transaction, that is why we have escrow. I hope your next experience is a better one!
