You should get a resolution sooner than that, SR support response times seem to fluctuate considerably depending on what's going on at the time i.e. when there are broader issues affecting the site they get slammed with requests and messages and that really slows things down. Given there is nothing major that I am aware of affecting things at the moment you should hear back within the next 12 to 24 hours and if the vendor has already had their account banned they will hopefully just grant you a refund without anymore fuss. If the vendor is still vending though they may challenge your refund request and then you may find yourself in a protracted back and forth of claim and counter claim, if one party does not respond to a request though and the time runs out SR support usually just go with the last request posted so make sure you keep on top on things in resolution and do not let the finalize date elapse without checking to see if the vendor has posted there.
