SR support can access all the messages exchanged between you and the vendor if needed, I am unsure why resolution keep extending the due date, they are probably hoping that you and the vendor will work things out but it certainly doesn't look like that is going to happen anytime soon. Post in resolution clearly stating you have been unable to resolve matters with the vendor, you have no product and no coins and therefore need SR support to make a decision, request a 100% refund and no damage to your stats. I cannot predict what outcome you will get, obviously in such matters there is always another perspective on things however if you state the facts regarding what happened as succinctly and non emotively as possible highlighting the lengths you have already gone to in order to try and work out a resolution I would hope you will have a decision sooner rather than later.
