If the order you are referring to has been marked as in transit then the order can be finalized however I sincerely doubt that will be on the agenda of whoever does have access, I am assuming you tried to log in via a phishing site and gave out your pin number? they will be more interested in stealing any coins from your account rather than your outstanding orders. Hopefully SR support will have locked your account in time and reset your pass phrase etc. Hope it works out ok!
