You can cancel an order if it is still marked as 'processing' after 4 days but I doubt that would have been much help to you in this instance. If you had clicked on resolve before the auto finalize date you could have taken it to the resolution center and worked out your issues with the vendor there. Sometimes SR support are slow to respond I'm afraid, there are not too many people working for SR as you probably already know so when there are more global issues as recently happened with the withdrawals situation they get slammed with PM's which then really slows things down. You are right it is not a perfect system but this is what we are working with so as frustrating as it may be there is little more I can tell you beyond I'm sorry this happened and I hope in future you can take any issues to resolution in time to avoid having a repeat situation. Not the answer you want I know but that's as much as I can tell you.
