SR support do not get involved in OOE situations I'm afraid mate so yeah you have gone it alone by FE unless La Fuente is willing to work something out with you if it's a no show. I've got an 8 ball in transit, I've pretty much ordered to see what happens too be honest and I certainly wasn't in a rush. Order and forget then hopefully a month later you get a nice surprise, if not then at least I gave it go and I'm in escrow, the reviews of the the coke were too good to ignore.
