Have you contacted the vendor? how late is the order? You only need to take it to resolution of you are approaching the auto finalize date i.e. 17 days from being marked in transit and you have still not received. Some order's can take longer than 17 days in which case go to resolution and ask for an extension. If the order should have arrived and hasn't you may want to consider requesting a refund. It all depends on the circumstances of your order and what you have discussed with the vendor.
