I'm not sure I follow you, in your original post you said "I think that the Customer Support section should be called the New Member section" and now you are saying you don't see much of a link between customer support and new members?? The customer support board is for all members, new and old so it would be misleading to rename it the 'new member section' as per your initial suggestion. Re my comments about spam if you read my previous post again you will see I was pretty clear in stating that this type of activity is for the time being tolerated in the newbie section. The point I was making was to make it clear that this is not acceptable in other areas of the forums and just because it is overlooked in one do not make the mistake of assuming it is ok elsewhere. Does that clarify things?
