Thank you for the suggestion, I think 'customer support' is self explanatory enough though but I do agree that there needs to be a clearer statement of some things like the newbie sub forum rules as I find myself repeating responses multiple times per day. It may not be clear to those with less that 50 posts that they can post in here and the technical support sub forums too. I will pass the feedback up at the end of the week. I would just like to add though to any newbies reading this is do not try and post your spam to 50 in here because it will be deleted and repeat offenders could have their accounts banned. Spamming is only tolerated for now in the newbie sub forum, do not graduate from there thinking that is going to fly on the rest of the forums.
