So just to be clear you ordered, finalised and then the vendor cancelled? I'm not sure this is going to have a good outcome I'm afraid mate, vendors were advised to cancel orders at that time due to the accounting irregularities along with some people attempting to make buys with coins that had been misdirected to their accounts. However given you finalised you took yourself outside of escrow and as such SR support is unable to help you. Probably the best thing you can do if contact the vendor and explain the situation i.e. you have released funds on an order that you have since cancelled, in fact surely under these circumstances the vendor has not cancelled, they are just refusing to ship the order given they would have received the funds when you released them?? Scout care to comment on this one???
