  i also was taking by this vendor for the tune of 2,500 i have nothing and the site wont do shit nothing i will say this , they get there comm. and we still get fucked out of our money this shit needs to be fixed its not right man i was having a hard enough time and now this . So watch your Ass on here they wont help you in anyway . all you get back for them is read the the FAQ..... wtf really ... thats it thats so fucked i am sorry but if they think thats ok its not ...  they need a second back FE in place that checks them out . if its over 100.00 make it hard on them then to fuck people and give us a chance to get or funds back to buy from truted vendor and help us more . there making money off us ffs its not like there not ok .

This is why you should NEVER finalize early, the escrow system is there to protect you so if you go outside of it you cannot then start complaining no one is there to help you. You made the decision to go outside escrow and the moment you did that you assumed all the risk, I know this may sound harsh but take some responsibility for your actions and live with your decision. I am truly sorry you had a bad experience, I am a buyer on here the same as you and I also FE for a very few select vendors that I trust, however I know the risks and if something did go wrong I would not be coming on here and blaming others for my decisions.

Not sure what is going on there then, Neon has always been fantastic to deal with and I was exchanging a few PM's with him only the other night. All I can say is in my experience Neon is a professional vendor who takes their reputation very seriously and would not want to risk getting some bad reviews.

If you haven't heard anything by tomorrow something is definitely not right.

Bit disappointed with my first purchase, was told it'd be sent express yesterday so should've arrived today but nothing and now the vendors removed all listings. Whats it mean if I can't reply to the vendors review thread? Have messaged but yet to hear back.
