Go into resolution now and request a 100% refund by clearly stating your circumstances and explaining what efforts you have gone to trying to achieve a resolution. The vendor does not need to accept this, SR support will make a decision based upon the facts. You may want to include links to any threads detailing others experiencing the same issues to add weight to your claim.

As of this moment in time we have 3 domestic vendors off the reservation, I'm not surprised re winta but now ETM appears to have turned rogue pulling a large FE scam.

Exercise extreme caution when considering ordering right now is my best advice and do not FE for anyone.

As of today Australian vendor Enter The Matrix appears to have turned rogue, please do not buy from this vendor or finalize on any outstanding orders until otherwise notified.

I'm sorry to say this does indeed look like a case of a vendor turned rogue.

Anyone experiencing issues please report via the main site and change your feedback accordingly to alert other potential buyers.

NEVER FE FOR ANY VENDOR! ESPECIALLY WHEN ORDERING DOMESTIC!

That's not acceptable excuse!! This always seems to be the case with SR admins. They never communicate to the community the rely on in a timely matter. Don't they have any respect for peoples concerns. How hard would it be to put a post up somewhere explaining whats going on, what's being done to fix it, and how long that'll take? It would take maybe 30 secs out of their day.

Absolutely 100% agree.  Without a doubt, this is just plain wrong to be left int he dark when a simple "we're working on it" would shut most of us the heck up real fast.

Believe me scurry there is nothing I would like to see more than for you to shut ... oops no sorry I meant to say too see an update helping put peoples minds at rests, sorry Freudian slip there mate ;)

Just trying to lighten the mood, I get it, I'd be pissed too if my coins were up in the ether and no official update, frustrating to say the least but I genuinely have faith this will be all resolved soon enough.

Storing buyers information is against SR rules and should not be done under any circumstances.

There has been however occasional cases where this has happened which is why you should only ever send identifiable information encrypted using PGP. This of course would not stop a vendor keeping your encrypted details stored somewhere but at least they could not be read by anyone else unless the vendor gave up their passwords etc.

To ensure the maximum level of safety you should try to only use anonymous drops that are in no way linked to you or people you know, that way there is no link between you and the vendor ever.

Resolution will make a decision based upon a number of factors but you have done as much as you can to arrive at an amicable solution with the vendor so it will be up to resolution to make a judgement call on things.

ETM has always been very active on the forums and in my experience only ever provided excellent customer service.

I have no idea shiz, my last pm to him sent 3 days ago is unread but we were back and forth before that so who knows. I've been in regular contact with neon all year, nothing have ever seemed out of the ordinary until just 3 days ago.

I can only assume something IRL has his attention right now, just hope everything is ok.

Why is it every time there is an issue people break out the tin foil, if you had been around here longer than 5 minutes scurry you would have seen from previous situations they always get sorted out in the end and everyone goes home happy.

I m very confident the issues are being worked on, granted an update would be appreciated but it wouldn't be the first time we have had issues and had to wait for an official word from the man himself.

Hopefully we will get an official word on this soon and the problems resolved.
