Hi, i am interested in becoming a vendor and after reading the sellers guide and the wiki id like to know which MTGOX metric does SR use to calculate the exchange rate? And how is the commission fee on sales calculated?
Also i would like to know more about the dispute process with buyers, will a delivery confirmation number resolve any dispute about the buyer receiving the item? What if the buyer disputes that the item was not as described, am i obligated to give a return and if so how much? Do i then pay the commission fee on the total amount of the sale or just the portion that i kept?

Also we will have original packages from very big internet companies in germany for when we ship again from Germany.
All letters will also get 2 layers then to hide the product better. They will be much flatter (hydraulic presses).
All labels will be changed now in a 2 week cycle. Also we will send Orders 2 times a day to the postboxes so the number of letters appearing at once will be halved. We will halve it again through using a few more post boxes. Until now we threw them in all at once but as volume gets bigger we need to upgrade on this. Also we look forward to see if our new sending country will make a difference . We still have a high success rate with our current packaging but now we improved it considerable.
The rest is a matter of surprise. Also we wont discuss the specific details in public.
Stay tuned for our next update in the next few days. Only Bad thing is probably we must go into vacation for 1-2 weeks to implement everything.

this is confusing the number off vendors in oz doing the runner is sky high....has anyone been able to link any off the vendors together? im thinking theres a good chance the vendors that fucked up have multiple accounts?
i dont have a fucking clue as they all seemed to be there own person but people can put on GREAT ACTS......who knows....mods/admins what do use think?
Got my refund at the end of the 5 day extension that resolution gives you. SR staff gave me full refund due to Winta not logging in/replying to the resolution case.
