I usually take an order to resolution a day before it is due to auto finalize in case SR experiences any down time.

Go back into resolution as request a refund clearly stating your case in a factual and non emotive manner including links to any threads showing others who have experienced similar issues to add weight to your claim.

If the vendor refuses then SR support will adjudicate on behalf of both you and the vendor.

Maybe they took your forum account name too literally  (joke)

I received a sample, it was decent coke so I put in an order for a G, which I also received but that was when he had free shipping whilst also staying in escrow, so at the time, TheDon seemed like a stand up guy. I was happy to have a good snow vendor in Canada, and then the FE sale and the SamGia thread popped up and things got fishy.

So it sucks, I admit at the start I said theDon was a decent vendor, because well I had no reason to hate on him.

Classic scam MO, send out a few HQ samples and fill a few orders to build up rep then once the bait has been set reel them in.

Anyone remember CocaineCowBoy? did exactly the same as have many others before that.

Have you contacted the vendor? how late is the order?

You only need to take it to resolution of you are approaching the auto finalize date i.e. 17 days from being marked in transit and you have still not received. Some order's can take longer than 17 days in which case go to resolution and ask for an extension. If the order should have arrived and hasn't you may want to consider requesting a refund.

It all depends on the circumstances of your order and what you have discussed with the vendor.

I know you are just asking for expressions of interest but you need an SR vendor account to offer anything via here.

When coins are sent to your SR account they go through tumblers which is what you are probably seeing on blockchain. Happens all the time, people see the movement on blockchain and think their coins have been withdrawn when that's not what's happened. Even so they are delayed based upon your post so you have done the right thing asking SR support to look into what's going on.
